Rhonda incorporates Ayurveda yoga principles in all classes. We may flow for increased heart rate, stretch slowly and deeply to open connective tissue, focus on an individual pose or set of poses or rest deeply in restorative poses, always with an open heart, focus on breath work, and quiet listening to discover our own inner Wisdom.


Yin/Restorative Yoga:
The perfect way to end your week!

Yin focuses on releasing tension in connective tissues and joints especially of low back and hips. We do only a few postures held longer, all on the floor or seated. Brings deep introspection and surrender into our Yoga practice. Therapeutic support for coming back after injuries or inactivity.
Restorative focuses on specific poses using props to help us relax the central nervous system completely allowing the body to heal and restore itself. No "Doing;" just Being".
